Mr. Rasel Bishsas, Head of HR
Mr. Rasel Bishsas has carried on about 16 years of diversified Learning & Sharing experience in both National & Multinational companies, within various legendary industries environments, including International Trading, Power & Engine Solutions, Solar, EPC, Oil, Heavy Equipment, Medical Equipment & Healthcare Solutions, ICT Distribution & RMG in People Management and Leadership.
Before joining LEADS, he was the Vice President – People Operations at Danforth Trading & Marketing Ltd. (an international trading company). Prior to the Danforth, he was the Head of HR In Jakson International Ltd. (a multinational company of Power & Engine Solutions, Oil, Heavy Equipment & Solar Panel). Before that, he worked in PROMIXCO Group (a legendary Medical Equipment & Healthcare Solutions Company) as Head of HR. Earlier he was heading the country’s one the oldest and largest ICT Distribution company- Computer Source Ltd as Business Manager (HR Partnering). He has factory HR & Administrative experience with SIMTEX Group (a Sewing Thread and Yarn Dyeing company in Garments Industry).
He is freehand in strategic HR planning & execution, change management, succession planning, people strategies, metrics-based performance management, talent management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, recruitment & retention, employment law, organization development.
He has earned academic and professional background in Human Resources Management – MBA (HRM), BBA (HRM), PGD (HRM), and PMBA (HRM).
He is involved in professional and social forums as FELLOW Member in the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) and Bangladesh Organization for Learning and Development (BOLD). He has attended several national and international training and conferences at home and abroad.
He is the Guest Faculty of the PGDHRM program at the renowned Institute of Bangladesh. He is also the consultant of few Training Institutes in Bangladesh And, conducting training on Human Resources topics in different platforms for future people leaders.
