Mr. Ashrafuzzaman is a 24+ years of experienced ICT professional currently serving as a Chief Technology Officer of LEADS Corporation Limited, leading a Software and Hardware team consisting of 150+ members. His strong Leadership capability and expertise in new technologies have made him one of the most successful professionals in ICT industries specially in financial technology.

Mr. Ashraf started his career as a programmer. For the last 24 years, he has contributed to LEADS in many ways, including developing a new generation of banking software named ‘BankUltimus’, which is the most popular local Core Banking System in Bangladesh running more than 10 Banks and 11 Non-Banking financial institutions.

Mr. Ashraf completed his M.Sc from the University of Dhaka. He attended several business seminars and training programs in Bangladesh and overseas to enrich his knowledge of IT and also contributed to the growth and development of LEADS Group. With his people-oriented leadership style, he leads from the front. Mr. Ashraf is one of the pillars who created the success story for the present LEADS Group.
